Driving Radius:

Our goal is to obtain the best cent per mile (CPM) not to run cheap freight long distances.  The average daily miles driven is 450 miles (deadhead included).  Mileages can range from 200-500 miles per day based on the rate and freight volume.

Expectations:

Drivers are to have steel toed boots and the proper apparel for a professional look and behavior while performing the duties related to our customers.  Any shortage, overage, overweight or discrepancies are to be called into dispatch ASAP.   DTL has open door policy if you have any questions or problems you are expected to address them with management.

Maintenance:

As a professional Class A driver you are expected to inspect your equipment daily.  Including checking fluids, lights, belts, and consistently perform maintenance checks (sheets provided) and check tire air pressure.    Trailers are to be inspected for damage and leakage or debris.
